I recently had a pretty serious law enforcement training accident in which I injured my leg. I am not able to finish training until I heal and so I have been somewhat depressed about the injury. I decided to look into meditation to ease my mind and help my body heal. I thought it was all a bunch of mumbo jumbo but I can definitely say that I was very wrong!
